Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

- Standard Delivery — estimated 3–5 business days
- Express Delivery — estimated 1–2 business days
European Union
- Standard International — estimated 5–10 business days
International (Australia, Canada, USA & others)
- Standard International — estimated 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Subscription Orders
BrochureCast subscription orders are dispatched on a monthly cycle. You will be notified by email of your dispatch date each month. Delivery timescales follow the same zones and estimates above.
Tracking
Where available, a tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders outside the UK, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. BrochureCast has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering.
Failed Deliveries & Lost Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at brochurecast@gmail.com with your order number. For lost parcels, we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
