Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at brochurecast@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

Subscription Products

As BrochureCast offers a monthly subscription service, please note that once a subscription period has been fulfilled and the associated content or product dispatched, that period is non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in accordance with your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including digital downloads once accessed, and items marked as final sale.
